Network Theatre Company presents:

Beauty and the Beast
By Alan P Frayn, directed by Paul Evans
After the huge success of Cinderella in 2022 we present this year’s pantomime: Beauty and The Beast. A traditional panto with a fun modern feel. As Belle’s father is imprisoned by the The Beast after the wicked Belladonna cursed the castle; Belle sets to free her father but will it be a happy, love-filled ending? Oh yes it will – this is panto.
Twists are turned along the way, ensuring a side-splitting and action-packed adventure, together with some dramatic and tender moments. Several imaginative new characters provide added laughter, in addition to an unusual visual comedy scene in the Beauty Parlour, guaranteed to bring the house down!
Belle’s two outrageously common sisters provide rare comedy roles for women and the principals and chorus remain fully involved throughout the story. You can expect a whole lot of fun, singing, dancing as well as laughing.
Open to all ages, genders and abilities. Some roles do sing but singing is optional.
An amateur production in arrangement with Stage Right Creative Limited
