Network Theatre Company presents:
5 Lesbians Eating a Quiche
By Evan Linder and Andrew Hobgood, directed by Fiona Cradock
This farcical, tongue-in-cheek comedy is filled with innuendo, providing five strong parts for five female-presenting performers of any age, race, or ethnicity. The audience are in on the action too.
The annual Quiche Breakfast, for members of the Susan B. Anthony Society for the Sisters of Gertrude Stein is here! They’re gathered in the newly renovated community centre, but all is not as picture perfect as it appears on the surface. It’s 1956 and America is uneasy about the prospect of impending nuclear attack. So, when the security system signals that one is imminent, everything changes.
This amateur production is presented by arrangement with Concord Theatricals Ltd. on behalf of Samuel French Ltd. (awaiting license)
