Network Theatre Company presents:
Circle Line
Written and directed by Lisa Pancucci
Six people arrive for group psychotherapy. It soon becomes seven. It’s the first session but why are they there and what good can it do? When antagonism turns to synergy there’s hope that there just might be a chance to heal. After all, as Aristotle pointed out ‘The Whole is greater than the Sum of its parts’.
Circle Line is a dark comedy about our universal need, as humans, to know ourselves. We can only really do this with others as our mirror. This is a piece about self-realisation, reciprocity, compassion and a large dose of gallows humour. Not to mention the inevitable conflict and drama on the journey towards becoming our true selves – warts and all.
